• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; estimated processing times will be noted in the product description.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method.
• We currently ship within Canada. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@thealchemicalmuse.ca.

3. Delivery Times

• Standard delivery within Canada generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier.
• Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
